How do you not get shrink wrap residue stuck to the mug handle and the top and bottom rim? When I use shrink wrap, i get pieces of the shrink wrap stuck to the mug and sometimes it's almost impossible to get off. Especially on the aluminum items.

This is absolutely WONDERFUL!! I am on the Board of Directors at a large Community Farmer's Market, and I am going to make some BANK with these planters this season!! PLEASE HELP! Hello, I've been having problems with this printer since I got it over a year ago :(, specifically Print Manager. Lets just say that it "Print Manager" pops up when it wants to. I've ask Sawgrass for help thousands of times. It'll work for 1 or 2 days. Meaning, it will NOT pop up after I click print and then it won't print anything. What am I doing wrong? Would you be able to help me?

I would clean the surface before applying the vinyl after you placed your hands on it tearing off the plastic. JS

I wish I understood why they are charging twice as much for a roller attachment than anyone else, and not doing a proper chuck mounted type rotary system to allow the engraving of things that aren’t a perfect cylinder.
